Chris Allen

As a co-founding partner of the Caliber Benefits Group, Chris specializes in advising employers on the design and implementation of income replacement and voluntary benefit programs.  Over the past 20 years, Chris has built extensive experience in the area of risk management, particularly developing programs for employers with diverse employee populations, as well as those with non-traditional compensation structures.

Prior to forming CBG, he was a partner at Jim Mooradian & Associates for 15 years, propelling that firm into a leader in the supplemental insurance space.  Chris began his career in the insurance industry at The Paul Revere Insurance Company in Worcester as a disability claims examiner.  Interacting with claimants on a daily basis provided Chris with valuable perspective and a keen insight into the importance of the advice he provides.

Chris is a United States Marine Corps veteran.  He is on the Board of Advisors for the Hope for Children Research Foundation, and is a Co-Founder of Milestones for Children.  He lives in the South Shore of Boston with his wife and three teenage children.
