Chris Allen 

As a co-founding partner of the Caliber Benefits Group, Chris specializes in advising employers on the design and implementation of income replacement and voluntary benefit programs.  Over the past 20 years, Chris has built extensive experience in the area of risk management, particularly developing programs for employers with diverse employee populations, as well as those with non-traditional compensation structures.

Prior to forming CBG, he was a partner at Jim Mooradian & Associates for 15 years, propelling that firm into a leader in the supplemental insurance space.  Chris began his career in the insurance industry at The Paul Revere Insurance Company in Worcester as a disability claims examiner.  Interacting with claimants on a daily basis provided Chris with valuable perspective and a keen insight into the importance of the advice he provides.

Chris is a United States Marine Corps veteran.  He is on the Board of Advisors for the Hope for Children Research Foundation, and is a Co-Founder of Milestones for Children.  He lives in the South Shore of Boston with his wife and three teenage children.

Bryan Lambert

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bryan brings a depth of expertise to Caliber Benefits Group.  Bryan received his B.A. from Brandeis University and is currently completing his CEBS through The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Prior to co-founding CBG, he was a partner at Jim Mooradian & Associates, catering to clients both large and small.  He brings a collaborative and flexible approach to his work, enabling customization to meet clients’ varied needs.

Bryan spent three years pitching in the Washington Nationals organization following college.  Raised in Texas and Maine, Bryan now lives in Boston with his wife and two children.  In his spare time, Bryan volunteers in the community with organizations such as JCDS of Boston, the Year Up mentorship program, and South End Community Health Center.

Bryan also serves as a Commissioner to the Massachusetts’ State Athletic Commission after being appointed by Governor Baker in 2017.

Michelle Marcotte

Michelle joined the Caliber Benefit Group’s leadership team in 2020.  Michelle has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry as a Senior Account Executive and Team Leader.  Prior to joining CBG, Michelle was at Risk Strategies where she worked overseeing client services for a regional office.  Michelle’s depth of knowledge, insightfulness, and dedication to her work has helped her establish a high level of trust among CBG’s clients.

Michelle earned her B.A. Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  When she is not working Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, golfing, snowboarding or hiking with her dog.
